There are a many ways we can describe ourselves and I think the order in which we do so is interesting. I'm a husband, father of two girls, and a dog person. I enjoy woodworking and playing golf. I'm also a retired Air Force officer and Special Operations pilot. I currently fly for FedEx as a 757 First Officer.
In the first decade of my military career, I only wanted to fly airplanes. I turned down opportunities that would put me behind a desk a couple of times to ensure I would continue flying. This lasted until a commander convinced me of other opportunities and to make a long story short I soon moved to a fulfilling staff position, commanded a squadron, and ultimately served as a Deputy Commander in a unique Special Operations unit.
While I don't often lead off with my past, it certainly informs who I am- motivation, values, beliefs, and thought processes. My previous professional life had a high level of job satisfaction I knew would be difficult to replace. However, my job comes with a lot of time and space available to pursue other interests. Prior to my Air Force retirement, I was fortunate to get paired with an executive coach through the Commit Foundation and during those sessions, it became very apparent coaching might be a good fit for me in the future. So here I am, an ever-aspiring coach with a strong desire to help people achieve their potential.

Elevate The Journey, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use,1 and protect information when you engage with2 our advertisements on the LinkedIn platform.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with our LinkedIn advertisements, we may collect the following types of information:3
Information you provide directly:

Direct Inquiries: If you message us directly through a LinkedIn ad or platform, we will collect the content of your message and any personal information you share.
Information we receive from LinkedIn:
Engagement Data: We receive aggregated and anonymized data from LinkedIn regarding how users interact with our ads, such as ad views, clicks, impressions, and engagement rates. This data does not identify individual users.
LinkedIn Profile Information (Limited): Depending on your LinkedIn privacy settings, LinkedIn may provide us with limited, aggregated insights about the professional demographics of users who interact with our ads (e.g., job title, industry, company size). We do not receive your full LinkedIn profile data unless you explicitly provide it through a Lead Generation Form or direct interaction.
Matched Audiences Data: If we use LinkedIn's "Matched Audiences" feature, we may upload hashed (anonymized) lists of our existing customers or contacts (e.g., email addresses) to LinkedIn. LinkedIn then matches these hashed identifiers with its members' hashed identifiers to create a custom audience for our ads. We do not receive identifiable LinkedIn profile information from this process.

We use the information collected from our LinkedIn ads for the following purposes:
To respond to your inquiries: If you submit a Lead Generation Form or send us a direct message, we will use your contact information to follow up on your inquiry, provide information about our products or services, and address your specific requests.
To improve our advertising effectiveness: We analyze engagement data and aggregated insights from LinkedIn to understand which ads are most effective, optimize our campaigns, and tailor future ad content to better suit the interests of our target audience.
To personalize your experience: We may use the information collected to show you more relevant ads on LinkedIn, based on your interactions with our previous ads and the professional demographic insights provided by LinkedIn.
For marketing and communication: With your consent (where required), we may use the information you provide through Lead Generation Forms to send you relevant marketing communications about our products, services, offers, and news. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
For lead generation and sales outreach: Information collected through Lead Generation Forms is used to identify and nurture potential business leads and for sales outreach.
