My name is Chad Lassere. I dedicated years of my life as an Air Force officer and pilot, operating and leading around the world. However, the career I thought I wanted took an unexpected turn when I transitioned from a pilot into a staff officer role—a change that proved to be transformational. In this capacity, I gained invaluable experience in strategic planning, honed my executive communication skills, and navigated complex intergovernmental coordination. 

This assignment opened doors to gratifying leadership opportunities within a unique organization. I became a sought after advisor, leader and mentor.  As a commander, I was able to assist others in achieving their career goals. As a trusted advisor to multiple senior leaders, I contributed to critical decision-making processes directly related to National Security. Now, as I navigate the challenging military-civilian transition, I prioritize my family, physical well-being, and mental health. This journey, though at times more difficult than anticipated, has shaped me into a resilient and adaptable individual and motivated me to leverage these experiences to help others, particularly veterans, achieve their potential.
